@Orange 94 Do you have a link to where you purchased the LED bulbs for the gauge cluster from? I'm looking to do the swap I've purchased from Super Bright LED's before but at $5 a bulb I figured I might be able to do better. Thanks!

Ebay seller is jtechnowcom
I got the 6 pack of 5 x 5050 SMD LED White Super Bright. I haven't installed them yet in the new edge, but these are the ones I have in the 94. Was very happy with them.

These are the ones I bought for mine.  looks like they're out of stock, but they were $6.99 for 10x of them.

Thanks gentlemen! Found a 10-pack for $10. Good enough!

when you put them in, double check they turn on before you completely install it back in the dash.  some of the bulbs might not turn on, and need to be pulled out and turned 180 degrees and they will then work.

Not much of an update... the car has been buried under snow and I've just recently found it thanks to the chinooks.

I've been trying to plan the car out some more. Decided to take a step back and drive it how it is for a season. Get some seat time and then focus on improvements. So I'll do the torque boxes, put the interior back in and get some tires before race season. I found out the 17" eagle wheels on the car are square, so I want to run 275 nitto nt01 on all corners for autocross and drag.

Got a new visor for my helmet. Gold on black looks awesome!

I also got some new lug nuts since the ones that came with the car have these shitty locks. I wish there were more options for 1/2" lug nuts, I don't really trust any of the aluminum ones on the market so I decided on forged steel. Trying to find nice looking ones in Canada is a challenge, couldn't find monster lugs that I have on the orange car so I thought I'd try gorilla this time.

Found a used Corbeau RRS locally :)

Decided to get reclining seat for now. Can't stand the stock seat position.

Struggling to find time for the car with the new job and a bunch of other changes. Will be getting going on this car this weekend though.

Finally started to dive into this car.

I knew upon purchase that the upper torque box had been torn out and somebody had tried to repair it. Upon disassembly I found out its much worse than expected and basically non repairable as somebody just globed a bunch of weld over everything. Time to cut everything out and put the Wild Ride S-Box in. 3000hp capability is a "bit" over kill, but do it right the first time!

The lower torque box reinforcements went in though!
And yes that is a hole in the floor... only spot of rust on the entire car. It looks like there was an exposed hole and moisture got in and sat under the rear seat. So fixing that too.

Then finally the side scoops have been taken out. They looked like ass so I just want to sand and prime them while I have access. These are way harder to pull out than the 94-98 scoops! Hate how they're not even functional like my 94 (only year that had functional scoops for sn95).

Well progress today!

Not sure if I've posted before, but got some new factory seatbelts. Current ones will hardly retract at all. Wish ford did a better job at designing these...

Rear end was taken out last week.

Picked up my Wild Rides upper control box plate. Nice and beefy!

Removed the old junk.

Here's the damage. Some of it was caused when taking out, but you can see the poor attempt at repairs. The welds to the actual car were even uglier... My dad and myself are definitely not welders, but this is junk and not fixed correctly. Also took measurements and yeah it was out a decent amount paired to the other side.

Cleaning up the car and welding the holes up. Sound deadening took forever to remove... Ready to install the plate.

That Wild Rides piece definitely looks beefy. I always intended to do one of those then ended up doing the IRS and don't use the upper control arm boxes at all now lol. Keep up the great work!

Well May long weekend sucked for me, have literally been sick for the entire thing. A bit got done on the car though. I'm really pushing to have this on the road for next weekend, going to attempt to drift it... excited and nervous to learn.

apologize for the phone pics, I at least edited them though.

I order some MRT hood struts, these were one of my favorite mods on the other car. No more bumping the prop and having the hood fall on your head. Unfortunately, MRT packaged 2 RH fender brackets and no LH bracket. So waiting on that to install them.

The wild rides upper torque box is installed. Not the most recent photo of underneath, I think this was just when it was bolted in.

One of the brake lines had a hole, so the entire line is being replaced. I need to also replace the fuel filter and relocate a couple cables. Then the rear end can go in.

The front bumper was bugging me. Removed the chicken wire, added some yellow tint to the fog lights and fitted the bumper on better. Was nervous I was going to find a bunch of surprises behind the bumper, but was actually in good shape.

Here's how the car sits now!

As I said, went to Rocky Mountain Drift Club on the weekend! While I wasn't really "drifting" - more looping out, burning tires and destroying the track markers everywhere - It was a BLAST though! Can't wait to go again and practice more.

Anyways, I got my girlfriend to snap a couple pics with my camera!

Remembering to turn off the Trac Control is one of the most annoying things in the world. Now I keep post it notes and a pen in the console to remind me!

Yes it is! looks like I can turn it off with a tuner or dallas mustangs has a controller.

Or just wait for your ABS unit to die.... then it's always off!

Well since I blew up the orange car and my truck needs AC work, I guess I'll be driving this car for the summer and it'll have to do some daily driver duty.

Might as well make it look a little nicer! Work Kiwami wheels from the other car!

Started to move the car. Then the tractor ran out of fuel, so we went for lunch. When we came back the rain had cleared so we just decided to tear it apart in the yard.

My 2nd Car was a TA just like this one!

my dad and I painted it white, with told lower valance .  was a fun/good looking car.

Ur wheels - good on any Stang IMO.

Looks like a fun project, or two!  the 56 will be sweet as well.

Does changing the rear to a 3 link mess up the class you're put in at the track?

Always like a good build and know you do good work :drink_to_that:
