Car I detailed this week - 1996 Mystic Cobra 29k miles

I had the opportunity to detail a sweet 1996 Mystic Cobra mustang this week.

Car has only 29k original miles and quite a few sweet mods including a vortech supercharger.

I did my 3 day detail job on this car and here's the process -

Hand wash and dry

Clay bar

2 Stage compound

Polish

IPO Wipedown

Ceramic coating

Top coat

Wheel polish

Tire shine

Underhood detail including polishing chrome/polish parts

Interior detail including carpets, leather seat conditioning, windows, door panels, etc.

Looks good man!  I do a little bit of detailing myself.  I love it when a person brings me a nice car to start with!

The car looks AWESOME Ryan!

If I ever have a worthy car in need of detailing I'll be sure to bring it to you.

Mystic is definitely a color that pics can't even do justice. I've only seen a couple photoshoots that captured the color the way it looks in person. IMO Mystic > Mystichrome. Mystichrome is too over the top for me.

What's the deal with the license plate being different front to back?

Nice job!  Bet you had a lot of hours under the hood polishing all of those shiny bits!

Not sure why he even has a plate on the front.  Here in NC we only have the rear plates.  No front plates required at all.
The only reason I see having the front plate is that it already had the holes drilled and the plate mount when he purchased the car.
