i'm looking around online for the meanest cams you can buy for the 96-98 cobra. anybody with any suggestions for cams themselves or actual full kits to buy would be helpful thanks

i'm not totally clueless. i just asked a question and look at all the direction i got. i know the difference between the heads and the superchargers and what needs to be done to my internals, it's exact info that i need in order to do this. and whats a better place to come for a guide then a forum site rather than getting 1000 different peoples weigh in on google. i came here to get exact information because this is specifically sn95s and there are several people that have done all the swaps. i like to just get what everyone has to say on here and subtract and add anything else needed and go from there.

Okay so i have wanted to get a twin screw supercharger for my 96 mustang cobra and i want to get a ported and polished eaton off of a 03 or 04 termi. or something similar and i need to know what all needs to be done to my block and transmission before i do so to run a good amount of boost safely and i need to know how to make one fit.

If you do bumper inserts i would say you should do chrome, my wife and i just sprayed my cobra chrome the other day. it sticks out a lot and looks so much better than just normal black.

So I bought my cobra off a guy on craigslist for $6,400.00. It's now my new project car that is going to be a day to day but eventually tear up the track. So far the mods already on the cobra when i bought it was: Tokico Suspension Short throw shifter JLT intake w/ 62mm twin port T-body pypes X pipes and slp loudmouth 1 muffers, no cats Comp cams XE-R supercharged/nitro stage III BeeHive valve springs adjustable cam gears forged valve retainer. That is so far what's been done sense before i had the car and i did the cams and head internals when i recently got the car. My plans to have finished 12 months from now are: Kenne Bell 2.1L 6-14 psi kit w/AC and boost-a-pump and boost-a-spark and high speed fan kit. MMR Street Mod 1000 4.6 Rotating assembly with 17cc dished pistons Tremec 56, 6 speed (terminator) Transmission MMR RBT 1000 Clutch and tons of suspension parts that i havent looked into yet. so far this is what i have and i'm all ears for people who have already built up their cobras so any good ideas is needed.

The only thing i'm going to change is i'm going to get the Saleen S281 spoiler, the hood to the Cobra R hood, the headlights and fog lights, and put the SVT emblem on the back because someome stole mine.
