Convertible rear power window regulator

Thanks for the info. The motor is OK, the regulator needs repair/replacement. -
I have a '95 Mustang convertible that needs a left rear power window regulator. Is it possible to replace the assembly with manual regulator parts? I can't find the power regulator anywhere. The motor is good but the window ratchets loudly.
