F8L GT
Last winter I started making the pattern for a new radio delete Then time went by and the idea fizzled away. Well, now I dug out the pattern and going to finish the delete Just need to do a little more trimming, then I can start the bezel portion Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk
iRoush
looks good bud! i went a little more for the factory look on mine just because I need to stay class legal, but that idea definitely crossed my mind!
ttocs
Use tape to make the lower portion. Lay out masking tape L-R and then top-bottom and then you can use a knife to cut out the area you want to transfer that to what ever you want to cover it. F8L GT
I use light weight cardboard like poster board to make all the patterns. The same way we make the patterns for interiors of drag cars. Also the same way I made my rear seat delete that Det_Riot wants so bad Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

ttocs
I too use cardboard but on something like the shifter bezel with its curved surface I would think the tape would be faster.
F8L GT
I may have to try it depending on how things go. Gotta wait for it to warn back up a little before I work on it again Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk

Did you say you were going to do something to the bottom bezel?Originally was going to make the shifter bezel part of the delete but decided not to. I just made the angle at the bottom of the panel match the angle of the bezel.nice job man. so did that steering wheel bolt right up or was there some kind of hub adapter?I used a mounting kit fox body
ttocs
I was wondering how you were going to integrate the bottom. Looks like it would be a challenge for sure.

The more I thought about it, the better it was to just use the stock bezel
