My dad and i bought this car back in 2010 when i was 14. when i say we bought it. i mean he paid for it and i had to pay back about half before he stopped making me pay. paid $5900 back then it had 69k on it. Bone stock. for a first car how could one not be happy with a bright red v8 manual mustang. this is when i first got her. if anyone can make this show up on this forum please tell me the secret! more first month pics... first little things were tint and headlights blah blah blah skip to the good stuff! painted tank straps and cai for the extra 100000000 hp! fog light mod and plasti dipped rear bumper and tinted tails hash marks and leds shiny tails and new wheels (cobra r's) teehee wheels on with new headlights and foglights (no spacers) latest with spacers on (1inch) and my new 99 v6 console i saved from the junkyard for the cupholders. color matched and installed today! and after other things i dont have pictures of or just forgot about Sr short shifterbbk offroad x pipemil eliminatorssome sort of tuner chip at one point but was removed because of issues oh and forgot to mention the chin spoiler... thats about sorry for all the links i wish i knew what was wrong on my end so they would show up on the forum but oh well... come tax season im getting lowering springs and caster camber plates... then later this summer a cat back of some kind haven't decided yet. This is the case on every forum I have ever encountered. I went through and fixed your images though The car looks great! SneakySonBeach Posted February 17, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 17, 2014 Update Feb. 17, 2014 I most recently picked up an 01 mustang console from the junkyard for$10 and painted it to match. as well as got a new e brake boot from redlinegoods.com i still have to install it though. Next i got an SLP LOUDMOUTH 1 catback brand new for a steal off the corall. new in box still sealed for $400 put that on all by my lonesome yesterday and she is a beast!! i'll get an exhaust vid sometime today or whenver i can. oh and last little thing i tried to make all 3 of my tails light up when braking and only the inside two work now. the middle always has and the outside used to but now they don't. not sure why they are all wired up correctly might have to tap into a different power source but for now its fine. I thought they just unbolted and bolted on?Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk yeah the little black boot unbolts and you staple the new one on where the old one was, my problem was the plastic piece broke when i took mine out and the plastic was too flimsy for my staples so i had to use office staples. and to top it off the studs where the boot bolts to all broke except for the top two lol so just be careful and use glue and staples and you should be fine. im not too good with small fragile parts. SneakySonBeach Posted May 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted May 3, 2014 So yesterday i saw this ad on craigslist for an fr500 wheel, like new for $150, texted the dude, he sends me these ... so i get pumped and make plans to meet the guy... ended up getting him to $130! but you'll notice the bracket for the cruise control is cut off on both the bottom sides.. bringing her home... turns out the bottom mounts don't really matter and i was able to just jb weld them into place! put her on today and i love it!! I'd run one for $130 no problem, much nicer than the stock wheel, but I could never pay what people normally want for them these days. New caster camber plates and Door panels cuz i felt like buying new ones instead of painting mine. uhhhh painted top half of the interior black to match the doors. lowered the rear and uhh had an issue with the intake manifold so that was replaced with a new pi intake... hid fogs and god i hope thats it... let the picture whoring continue.. spotted my car in the am2014 video on their site! also got a new shift knob put ill snap some new interior pics later.
