How To Polish Tailpipes

First off, know that I half-assed this because my tailpipes won't be back on the car for another 3-4 months. I'll redo them later.

This is just the procedure I used. Feel free to use it as a guide.

**Note**

I didn't bother polishing

a) the piping over the axle because you can't see it

b) the tips because i'll be welding new ones on anyway

Now let's get started!

Here's what the pipes looked like at the beginning:

I started by sanding them down with 500 grit.

Then I moved onto 1000 grit.

Halfway mark:

Finally I used 1500 grit.

Then I used Mothers Mag & Aluminium polish to give it that nice shine.
