98SVT209058 Posted August 2, 2017 Report Share Posted August 2, 2017 Hey, guys. I'm from NJ and my current Mustang is a crystal white 98 Cobra convertible. I bought it with a spun bearing, 118,000 miles, only modification was a JLT intake, and zero rust (can even see the Ford stamped part numbers on the mufflers). This is my fifth Mustang. My old Mustangs were a white 89 LX hatchback, black 88 GT convertible, purple 96 GT, and a red 96 GT. I pulled the engine/trans and have been slowly picking up parts for the Cobra: 11" Spec clutch with aluminum rebuildable flywheel, FMS shorty headers (might go with long tubes if I can find a good deal), Bassani O/R X pipe, MMR 7 qt. oil pan, front and rear drilled and slotted rotors and pads, Steeda Tri Ax shifter, and a couple appearance mods.
