wmfateam
Anyone ever heard of someone modifying a GT500 drive shaft to fit an sn95? Just going through the spare parts bin at work and I know I can use the rims with spacers and the Caster Camber plates are a no go.

01yellercobra
No. There's no point. And there are too man differences to contend with.
wmfateam
Bored at work and I don't have my car to compare. It is a light weight unit.
01yellercobra
I know the 05+ GT driveshafts are two piece. I imagine the GT500 is the same way. So there's the center bearing to deal with. And they don't have normal slip yokes like the older models. So that would need to be changed some how. For all the money and time that woul be spent on modifying the GT500 drive shaft you'd be ahead of the game ordering an aftermarket unit.
wmfateam
Okay, thanks for the info. This one is a one piece unit so I was unsure.
01yellercobra
We have a GT. That's why I know. I'm not 100% on the GT500. If it's aftermarket can you snag it and make a few bucks? :cower: Edited May 30, 2013 by 01yellercobra
