Prokiller Posted November 18, 2014 Report Share Posted November 18, 2014 you'll most likely lose power by stepping up to something that big on a basic bolt-on car. you'd gain more power and less issues with getting a 70mm w/ plenum. you will need a tune on the 78mm if you went with that, yes. as in hose, you mean a cold air intake tubing? generally the coupler will stretch enough. as far as MAF, you can but you don't have to.
