deceptive gt Posted March 21, 2015 Report Share Posted March 21, 2015 I was thinking after reading a few people who ran into problems with the stock 96-98 4V ECUs who ran big power that maybe I should look into something aftermarket. The issue is that where I live, I am required to have an inspection which consists of a check to see that cats are in place and they plug into the OBDII.
