Story behind car is that my buddy crashed it and is not the smartest person and just left the car on the side of the road. So the tow company picked it up and his parents called me and told me its mine if i pay to get it out of the lot. So that is how i came to having a mustang. This is a picture when i brought it home and was checking out what needed to be repaired to get her back on the road.Det_riots favorite picture of my car lol.Tearing off the front end.so i ended up having to buy a new radiator support and cut it out and weld it back in.this is after i finally found a new hood and got rid of the g hood. Drake Posted September 12, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 12, 2012 The air bags had went off in the car and the interior was horrendous so i figured i would redo that too. picked up some new taillights on craigs.SO it took a bit got the new rad support in.Started taking out the dash This is when i picked up the mach wiring at the junk yard to wire it in the car.when i put on the front end of the car.the floor boards where pretty rusty so i started sanding those down.rims that i picked up off craigs for 60 bucks. I was super into motorcycles before accident so there was no need for a "hot rod" car because i could pull the throttle and fly. Well so far i have just been acquiring parts to throw at it, ill post up some pictures of all the stuff tomorrow. I have started the battle against rust its just sad to look at the mustang and think damn this thing must have been such a good salt truck before i got it, rust in places i didn't even know could rust.update also f the bulitts there going on the grand prix they wont fit the set up im going for now.
