I'm new here, but been around. Most of these pics were taken the last time I drove it before I put it in storage for the year. I'm doing my best to find some interior shots because that's where the real money and attention to detail has gone..

fuckin nice dude! those pieces over the carpet...what are those?

Thank you :) I found them on ebay. Like I said, I bet no one has them lol. The guy only made a few. Those, and the billet doorhandles were ridiculously expensive for what you get, but I really really wanted them.. Just enough billet, not too much.

Ahh, I've seen that video, just didn't know it was your car. Sounds really good. I'm running Dynomax side exhaust now, but wouldn't mind something a bit louder/deeper.

It's too loud.. I can't drive it without getting a raging headache.. Anything over part throttle is annoying

Your car is what I have modeled mine after, the side exhaust to be exact

Sent from my phone using tapatalk

If you need any help, PM me..

The Side exhaust has been a huge pain in the ass. It was very expensive. Many days I wish I didn't have it.. I'm going to install IRS.. I'll see if I want to keep it after that.

gotcha, that looks real good man! and their prices aren't too bad! I might have to look closer into those!

They really are awesome.. I think they have sales too. I only paid $70 shipped for both IIRC.. Awesome product for the price.

Making this thread has really reminded me how much time and money I really put into this beast..

All that stopped in 2009 when I started dating my EX.. I pretty much hated my life for the next 3 years after that..

The Cobra got a whopping $189 spent on it during that relationship lol. Now that my DD is pimped out, I think its about time to get back on track. At least finish up the odds and ends.

It really pisses me off that I need new headlights. These ones probably haven't seen 50 days worth of sunlight since I bought them... Not sure what ruined them? Maybe car wash soap?

I still gotta get my side exhaust finished being fabbed up. Such a pain when you don't trust exhaust shops and you don't know anyone who welds real well!

You should do a sweet retrofit on the headlights!

dude I've always loved your car, your canyon video is what made me want to get the Stingers for my 5.0, and I must say I'm very happy with the sound. cant imagine them exiting out the side, they really are loud.

Matt, I had no idea your interior was so insane! You were not kidding when you said a lot has gone into it. Really starting to make me want to focus on my interior. I'm staring at pictures of yours for ideas. Your car is one of my favorites (as I've said over and over). Everything is so tastefully put together and it all flows perfectly. You have done an amazing job my friend.

Thank you Brian.. I kind of got carried away, but I do believe I have very good taste. The interior is beautiful in person, and really updates the car. The stereo would blow your mind.. There are 6 tweeters, 4 5.25's, and 4 6.5's, all optimally placed, but mostly hidden..

And then there is just one 10" Sub. The amps are mounted on a false wall in the trunk. From inside the trunk you cannot see anything but the carpeted false wall.. The only access to the amps is with the backseat folded down..

My most prized possession is that steering wheel, considering that they no longer make them, and they sell for around $600 now.. BUT WORTH EVERY PENNY.. I Swear.. I had one in my Highschool car too..

I wish I had more interior pics for you.. I can't seem to find them on my computer. Going to do some diggin on my harddrives..

We just had a blizzard, so taking any more is out of the question.

So what you're saying is, that I need to move to Montana and we can work on my Cobra? Hahaha. Seriously your build gives me ideas and inspiration every time I see it.

I have an FR500 steering wheel, just waiting to be installed.

That's awesome!!! You will love it so much!!

I also have a 96 Rear Bumper to install.. OEM. Just needs paint..

Definitely drooling over TF Victories.. Always wanted 19's.. I hope this is a good year for work.

Making this thread is making me fall back in love with my car all over again :D

God this car is beautiful. I don't really care for white cars much, but this one I am in love with. The interior really makes me wish I had black interior; so much of the cool stuff only comes in black and doesn't really work with saddle interior. I'd change it, but the top is brand new.
