fry
I need to ditch the cobras on my car after I get it painted. What do yall think of these? http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-16228PR/79-93-Mustang-Running-Pony-Fender-Emblem-Kit My car obviously isn't a v6, but I've always liked the way the tribars look. Hopefully by the time I get done with my car no one will mistake it for a v6 anyway lolol.
iRoush
I like the tribars better than the GT logos honestly. I say go for it.

Ferocious
ehhh... not really a fan. If i saw them even on a gt, i'd think its a clone or something
Number Tew
Mach ones came with those, because they is bad ass.
OnyxCobra
I think those would look fine, any reason to get those instead of the SN95 ones? the dimensions are slightly different.
revhead347
I've seen SNs with the Tri-bars. It doesn't look good. They look out of place. If you want to ditch the 4.6 emblem, then I would recommend the 94-95 emblem that just says "GT".Kurt

SVT Rob
Just go with the 94-95 emblems: http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-16228/94-95-Mustang-Gt-Fender-Emblem or the 99-04 emblems: http://www.latemodelrestoration.com/item/LRS-42528N/99-04-Mustang-Gt-Trunk-Emblem

95riosnake
Another vote for shaving the emblems, if I didn't have a cobra I wouldn't have any.
SVT Rob
The only downside to shaving the emblems on an SN95, is filling the hole in the fender. If it was a fox, shaving would be easy.
ttocs
this post has had me thinking that either shaving them, or flushmounting them while it would be some work would look the best imo. I think I will try to flush mount mine when I get the car painted....

ttocs
yea I love that look although I would do the door handles/locks as well.
Ivan
I thought about it but with as many times as I've had a dead battery I'd rather not risk it
ttocs
I could not do it with out a back up/hard-pull hidden somewhere as well. Or I might wire it up so that I could switch to the aux battery if the main one happened to die but with as big as it is I have not had an issue. OnyxCobra
I think when the paint work comes I want to shave my antenna, can't ever see shaving the handles and locks though. Is there a common way to maintain radio functionality when shaving the antenna? Ivan
Thanks for the compliments guys. We use filler for the holes, paintjob was cheap enough that if we have a problem with any cracking I can get repaired or resprayed for cheap.@onyx the hidden antenna should set you back around $40 plus shippinghttp://www.tunetrapper.com/Hidden_Car_Antennas.html
ttocs
$40 I thought they were 20-30 but its been a while. They make some that are "amplified" and not sure I would pay the difference.

Prokiller
i love the 94-95 GT script ones so much that i kept them on the car when i had it repainted. i also shaved my antenna and the rear ford emblem. tribars are decent too
revhead347
I chopped my antennae. Definately a suitable alternative to shaving it. Just throwing that out there. I really like the look of the Cobra front bumper, and I wish I had one for my car.Kurt
