droptoppony
What is it? I keep seeing it tagged on IG and FB. Wax alternative or another step? Just curious if I should look into it deeper.
smitdavi
Here's a pretty good article for you: Ceramic Coatings. I'm a huge fan of Ammo's paint system and would recommend to anyone. Ammo Reflex | Ammo Skin | Wax

Det_Riot
Ceramic Coating is a wax replacement IIRC. You do your normal stages of correction, then once you finish and it's perfect (or as perfect as its going to get) you ceramic coat over top, it's almost like a wearable clear coat in a sense.
smitdavi
Yeah make sure you are satisfied with the finish on your paint before doing this. It sort of locks it in until you strip the coating. Edited August 11, 2017 by smitdavi
