Well it's time for the first official ROTM!!! Pay attention to the following rules:

Voting will run for one week like it has in the past. How voting is conducted is entirely different.

This is where everyone needs to pay attention because it is easy for you to become confused. Everyone who votes will be posting scores for ALL OF THE CARS instead of casting a vote for one car. That is right, no more polls to look at.

So lets run though this is an example:

Nobody has any real engine mods do I can't rate them very high, it should be labeled performance not engine and I've never seen Dutch's interior so I can't rate him high, because overall his car IS my favorite...

Well we'll see how it works out. Yes everyone will vote differently but I think that's the beauty of it. With the other system of just one vote, there were numerous complaints about how people would win for a clean car without any motor work and vise versa. This way combines those different aspects imo.
