For those who don't know, those are 18x12 rears, and they were widened at the lip instead of inside the barrel like you usually see And yep, he needs to join up on here now. I know Im old and my eyes aren't what they used to be , I see a taper on the outer edge of the lip but I can distinctly see right were they widend the wheel the finish is completly different. Maybe its just one of those things the camera is catching that our eye would not? I love a fender flare but not as much when its just so obvious as to what was done. I know it had to be done like that on that car but it just doesn't look natural or correct to me. Not sure how to do that and make it look natural but it might work. Did he tub the trunk as well or did he just grow it out instead of in? 12 inch wheels is pretty nuts. I don't think that's getting resurrected the shock tower is toast which means more work than the car is even worth. Im sure the floor pan is also buckled. If he's determined I'm sure it could be brought back, whether it's more work than it's worth compared to swapping to a new shell is another story.
